Your work will always be prioritised.
I will require one month notice period to end the contract.

Let me help you tackle the ‘latent’ pollution in your inbox, and take away the overwhelm of hundreds of unread emails… I will:
- Check your emails twice a day (Monday to Friday)
- Respond to enquiries
- Manage your diary and book appointments when necessary
- Flag any email that requires your attention
- Sort emails in folders if you REALLY need to keep some of them
- Set up RULES or FILTERS to categorise the emails
- Create templates to have some stock responses in your ‘draft’ folder
How will we work together?
For the purchase of any retainer or package, we will set up a discovery period of one month to give ourselves time to get to know each other, and familiarise ourselves with the tasks and methods used in order to guarantee the success of our partnership.
All retainers and packages are subject to my standard contract terms and conditions.
These will be sent for you to sign before any work gets done.
I will track time efficiently and round up (or down) to nearest 15 minutes, a full breakdown of my hours will be included in your invoice.
If some hours on your retainer are unused, they will not be carried over to the next month.
